Kim worked with me from August 2015 to December 2018 all the while treating each viewing as if it were the first. She looked out for my best interest, mentioning anything she noticed that might be a reason for caution. It's unusual for a person in sales to pass on the chance for a sale, because it wouldn't be in the best interest of the buyer. Kim was always pleasant and happy to meet me as many as 20 times over this long period.

I've dealt with plenty of agents since I bought my first home around 1975 and Kim stands out among them for her professional skills and friendly manner. She is especially good at reading between the lines of any listing and getting a grasp of what the other party may be expecting. This adds value above and beyond simply knowing the facts. I wouldn't consider contacting any other agent for a home decision in the triangle area.

Kim went above and beyond her responsibilities to facilitate our home purchase. We did not live in the location we were buying and were not that familiar with the area. Once we found "the house" she worked diligently to get us a fair price. Once the offer was accepted she found inspectors and met with some of them when we couldn't be there and relayed the findings in a timely manner. She stayed on top of things every step of the way until our closing. She is courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Our home purchase with Kim was a very smooth experience.
